This policy explains what we do with the data you leave on keikoup.com. Members' data inside the app (app.keikoup.com) has its own policy: there, each gym is the controller and VELTESA acts as the processor.

What data we collect

The data from the “Request a demo” form: your name, the gym's name, the approximate number of members and a phone number or email to contact you.

If you message us on WhatsApp from the button on the website, also your phone number, your profile name and what you tell us in the conversation.

What for

To reply to you, show you KEIKOUP and, if you are interested, prepare a proposal. We don't use them for anything else, we don't subscribe you to any newsletter and we don't sell or share them.

Legal basis

Your request: you ask us for a demonstration or information and we need your data to handle it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject).

How long we keep them

While we discuss the demo and, if we don't end up working together, for a maximum of one year from your request. After that they are deleted.

Who else sees them

The request reaches us by email. The website hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email delivery provider (Brevo) are involved as processors.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service, which processes that data as a controller under its own privacy policy. Meta may transfer data outside the European Union under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The button is a normal link: it loads nothing from WhatsApp until you tap it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to contacto@veltesa.com. If you think we haven't handled them properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party advertising. That's why you won't see any cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.

The only thing stored in your browser is the record from the Progress figure, and only when you press “Save”. It isn't sent anywhere and you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
